Spettacolo della natura

Al segnar del passo
il tempo affretta la mente.

Il divenire, di certezze si spoglia.

Da verità nude
traspaiono piaceri e delusioni.

Inerte, per natural volontà,
l'anima attonita fissa lo sguardo oltre l'orizzonte.

Gelosa, nasconde anche al verbo,
il gentil desiderio.

Umil fregio all'umana specie,
un tacito privilegio s'accorda.

Mirar di bellezza l'allegro ruscello.

Fresco e ridente corre tra ciottoli rumorosi.

Fiori festanti ondeggiano,
a 'sì tanto brio.

Il sol caldo accende i colori,
che il disegno dell'amore sia ancor più bello.

Feeling

 There's an Angel inside me.
He pushes me.
He hits in the heart.
He draws love in my soul.

I want to show my pictures.
Come close to me.
The silent is trying to explain what the life means.

This poem offers a raw, intimate glimpse into the inner world of a creative soul driven by an uncontrollable spiritual force. Written with direct and unvarnished simplicity, it explores the relationship between divine inspiration, artistic expression, and the search for existential meaning.

1. The Internal Drive and Divine Force (Lines 1–4)
The opening establishes a powerful duality between gentleness and force. The "Angel" inside does not merely whisper; he "pushes" and "hits in the heart." This vivid imagery describes the physical, almost overwhelming sensation of creative urgency or spiritual awakening. It isn't a passive emotion—it is a active, forceful energy that physically impacts the speaker, leaving "love" painted directly onto the soul.

2. The Invitation to Connect (Lines 5–6)
The shift from the internal struggle to an external invitation is sudden and compelling. Having been filled with this angelic drive, the speaker feels an immediate need to manifest it outwardly: "I want to show my pictures." The call to "Come close to me" transforms the act of viewing art into an intimate, shared experience. It suggests that the speaker's "pictures" (whether literal artworks, mental visions, or memories) are not meant to be appreciated from a distance, but experienced up close, soul to soul.

3. The Voice of Silence (Line 7)
The final line provides a striking, philosophical conclusion. The phrase "The silent is trying to explain" uses a poetic paradox: silence itself becomes an active communicator. Where words fall short, the quiet space—or perhaps the visual imagery of the pictures—attempts to articulate the ultimate question: what life means. It leaves the reader in a contemplative space, suggesting that the deepest truths about existence cannot be spoken, only felt through quiet observation and love.

Stylistic Notes:
The contrast between the visceral, striking verbs ("pushes," "hits") and the gentle, ethereal concepts ("Angel," "love," "silent") creates an engaging tension. The slightly unpolished, direct phrasing gives the poem an authentic, spontaneous feel—as if it were written in the immediate aftermath of a sudden spark of inspiration.
