Are you a 'healthy' person?
I
am. Or at least kind of, anyway.
I almost never drink.
I don't smoke. I
don't take drugs.
Thanks to my wife's great cooking I also eat really
well.
(Apart from when I occasionally eat a donut for lunch)

Since I was a kid I've always been under-weight.
And um... weak.
Lacking in stamina.
I was never very good at sports, as you can imagine.
Telling you is a little embarrassing. But it's true.
This
might surprise you, but naturally I need about 7~8 hours sleep a
day.
And If I don't get at least 7, I'm a zombie.
