Un Angelo è salito in cielo

Fusti spinati  di rose intrecciano l’infinito dolore  di un vita spezzata.

Incauto destino ha tracciato rivoli di sangue tra le rosse venature dei petali.

Una gentile luce si riflette su lacrime adornate a perle di brina.

Protende il mio braccio  al cielo,

un fiore bianco lo illumina d’Amore.

Thousands of people have staged peaceful protests in India's capital, Delhi, following the death of a woman who was gang-raped in the city.

The 23-year old woman, who has not been identified, died early on Saturday at a hospital in Singapore, where she had been taken for specialist treatment.
